I am SO sore from yesterdays workout! I'm off today so I've been cleaning non-stop to keep my mind off of food! Day three of P90X is today, and its the Arms and Shoulders workout, and then the Ab Ripper. I heard the Ab ripper kicks your ass , so I'm a little nervous about how sore I'm going to be tomorrow! Ohhh well , no pain no gain! So far my intake today has been really good !
Intake
Breakfast: Regular,Plain Oatmeal : 100 Calories
Snack : Nature Valley Oats & Honey Granola Bar: 95 Calories
Hopefully going to eat salad for dinner.
P90X says that while doing the excerise program you're supposed to eat a lot .. I can't make myself eat alot because I'm so scared that I won't work it off. I know I need to boost my metabolism and all, but I'm just too scared!
