I am SO sore from yesterdays workout! I'm off today so I've been cleaning non-stop to keep my mind off of food! Day three of P90X is today, and its the Arms and Shoulders workout, and then the Ab Ripper. I heard the Ab ripper kicks your ass , so I'm a little nervous about how sore I'm going to be tomorrow! Ohhh well , no pain no gain! So far my intake today has been really good !

Intake

Breakfast: Regular,Plain Oatmeal : 100 Calories

Snack : Nature Valley Oats & Honey Granola Bar: 95 Calories

Hopefully going to eat salad for dinner.

P90X says that while doing the excerise program you're supposed to eat a lot .. I can't make myself eat alot because I'm so scared that I won't work it off. I know I need to boost my metabolism and all, but I'm just too scared!

I will update more later  :)

I'm back .. again! And more serious than ever!

In the past month I have broken up with my boyfriend of 2 and half years, quit my job of 4 years and moved two hours away! I started P90X Lean yesterday and I'm so pumped about this!

I am kind of in a hurry so I'm just going to post my current stats & maybe add pictures later!

Height : 5'4

CW : 153.2 lbs

GW: 120

Pant Size :10/11

Goal Pant Size: 4/5

I'll add more later! I'm working 7 hours today , getting off and doing todays p90x workout- CARDIO!

My intake/outake today was awesome, plus I did the P90X Cardio workout -(intense)

i'm back.

i completely went off the deep end. lost all self motivation .

 

I really need to get my shit together .does anyone have before/after pics where your legs changed? my thighs are huge and looking at them just depresses me, and makes me eat more. (i'm a damn fool)

i just really need some leg thinspo, if that makes any sense!?:/

it's been a while, I've been extremely busy with work & friends and such.

I bought some new pills & I have to tell you they are freaking amazing. They're called "Natural Fat Burner" .
The pills include = grapefruit extract -boosts metabolism, pomegranate extract-detoxify ; green tea-burn fat ;cranberry&bluberry extract-water weight.
I've been taking them for three days now; 2 in the morning and one in the evening. They give me a tremendous amount of energy & no bad side affects!  I've been working out like crazy!

Intake today:

(b);banana

(l); banana

(d) ; small salad.

three liters of water.

 

Anyway I'm exhausted now. bedtimmeee.
